ABSTRACT
This research project aims to investigate the influence of business education curriculum content on the acquisition of employability skills among graduates of Office Technology and Management programs. In today’s competitive job market, graduates need to possess a combination of technical and employability skills to enhance their employability and career prospects. It is crucial to assess the influence of the business education curriculum content on the acquisition of employability skills among graduates in the field of Office Technology and Management.
A mixed-methods research design will be employed, utilizing surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to collect data from graduates, employers, and business education faculty members.
