ABSTRACT

This research project aims to examine the relationship between job resources and task performance among business educators in public universities. Job resources, such as autonomy, social support, and professional development opportunities, play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and job satisfaction. However, there is a need to explore the specific job resources that are most influential for business educators and their impact on task performance.
