ABSTRACT

This research project aims to examine the influence of e-learning on the teaching and learning of business education courses in National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) study centres. E-learning, facilitated by digital technologies and online platforms, has become increasingly prevalent in educational settings, offering new opportunities for flexible and interactive learning experiences. This study seeks to explore the impact of e-learning on the teaching and learning processes of business education courses in NOUN study centres, identify the benefits and challenges associated with e-learning implementation, and propose recommendations for optimizing its effectiveness.

A mixed-methods research design will be employed, combining surveys, interviews, and observation techniques to gather data from business education students, faculty members, and administrators in NOUN study centres.
