ABSTRACT

This research project aims to investigate the role of human resources as a determinant of business education curriculum implementation. Human resources, including teachers, administrators, and support staff, play a crucial role in the successful delivery and implementation of educational curricula. This study seeks to examine the influence of human resource factors on the effective implementation of business education curricula, identify key challenges and opportunities associated with human resource management in this context, and propose recommendations for optimizing human resource utilization to enhance curriculum implementation.

A mixed-methods research design will be employed, combining surveys, interviews, and document analysis to gather data from business education teachers, school administrators, curriculum developers, and relevant stakeholders. The research objectives include assessing the current state of human resource factors influencing business education curriculum implementation, exploring the challenges and opportunities associated with human resource management, and identifying strategies for optimizing human resource utilization to improve curriculum implementation. The study will also investigate the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders involved in human resource management and gather recommendations for effective human resource practices in business education.

The findings of this research project will contribute to the existing body of knowledge by providing insights into the role of human resources as determinants of business education curriculum implementation. The research will evaluate the current state of human resource factors, including teacher qualifications, professional development opportunities, workload, and support systems.
