ABSTRACT

The digital era has profoundly impacted the business landscape, necessitating the development of innovative strategies to prepare business education students for the challenges of the modern workplace. This research project aims to investigate and propose strategies for the effective implementation of practicum curriculum to equip business education students with the necessary skills and competencies for decent work in the digital era.

A mixed-methods approach will be employed, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.
