Autoimmune diseases encompass a diverse group of conditions characterized by aberrant immune responses targeting the body’s own tissues and organs. Histopathological evaluation plays a critical role in understanding the underlying mechanisms of autoimmune diseases and aiding in their accurate diagnosis. This abstract explores the significance of histopathological analysis in autoimmune diseases, shedding light on the pathogenesis, diagnostic approaches, and therapeutic implications.

Histopathological evaluation involves the microscopic examination of tissue samples obtained from affected organs in autoimmune diseases. This approach provides detailed insights into the histological changes, immune cell infiltration, tissue destruction, and specific cellular and molecular alterations associated with autoimmune processes.
