Abstract:
This research study aims to investigate the role of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in the production process. PLM encompasses a set of strategies, tools, and technologies that enable organizations to effectively manage the entire lifecycle of a product, from its conceptualization to its retirement. The study explores the various stages of the product lifecycle, including product design, development, manufacturing, distribution, and end-of-life management, and examines how PLM practices can enhance efficiency, innovation, and sustainability within production processes.
The research methodology includes a comprehensive literature review of scholarly articles, industry reports, and case studies related to PLM and its impact on production.
